HOW TO LIVE AT THE OPTIMAL HEALTH AND REVERSE AGING?

First, stop thinking, doing and consequently being that which the mainstream media and doctors bombard you with and START THINKING, DOING AND ULTIMATELY BECOMING that which you aspire to be: HEALTHY, VIBRANT, YOUNG, STRONG.

That's what happy, healthy and fit people do. They don't self deprecate, they relate to themselves as fully capable of being at the prime of their health and fitness REGARDLESS OF AGE.

But here's the caveat: they DO EXACTLY WHAT healthy, fit and young would do. They're consistent in exercise, eating that which supports their wellbeing, and they stay away from anything that sabotages their goals (aka...yes, you guessed it, media and your friendly 'peanut gallery doctors' who never spent a day in school learning about nutrition).

So reclaim your own lives peeps, you're more powerful than you think. To your health!
