The biggest reason women don't meet their fitness goals
You might think lack of motivation, discipline, or even the baggage of responsibilities women carry day to day is the reason they fall out of wagon when it comes to sticking to their initial fitness goals.
While all of it has some validity and can be easily perceived as perfect justification for why we're still overweight and unhappy, the root cause lies somewhere else. Enter our psyche, our emotional conditioning, our self esteem.
There is the main cause of our inability to arrive at the initially set desire to look and feel great. It is called: LACK OF BELIEF!
Over the years of working with women I've noticed one clear distinction: those who believed they can look the way they imagined without a single shade of doubt, those who distinctly planted an image of what they will look like and the date it will happen by
ALWAYS SUCCEEDED. Always.
Those however, who entered a weight loss program with fear, skepticism and disbelief in success (aka: 'Really Edith? Do you really believe I can lose 20 lbs? Well I don't know.'...blah blah blah) maintained their current situation at best (no change in their body weight).
Here's the secret people: IN ORDER FOR YOU TO ACCOMPLISH AND BE WHAT YOU DESIRE TO BE (be it fitness goals or anything in your life you want) YOU HAVE TO IMAGINE THE FINAL RESULT, BELIEVE IT HAPPENING, FEEL WHAT IT'S LIKE HAVING IT ACCOMPLISHED, AND EXPECT IT AS IT IS DONE!
If all you have is a weak wishful thinking, with no burning desire and trust that you will get what you want then all you'll end up with will be a memory of your wishful thinking and what you used to look like in your 20s. Please get it!
I can motivate and inspire you (which I love doing) till I'm blue in the face, but if you yourself have no set goals and you don't believe in your success (backed with feeling of it) than your time is a waste.
Retrain your mind peeps. Don't waste time agonizing over roadblocks. Get excited over your desired, imagined end result and expect it coming. Anticipation of what you want devoid of doubts is the key.
