You bet! Being left with post-pregnancy 24 pounds extra and cellulite covering my buttocks sent me into a frenzy! A panic attack almost! I longed for for pre-prego body back and had to address it ASAP! Not being a fan of a senseless/endless cardio sessions I figured I'd attack building muscles that eat fat the most, the fastest. That's legs ad glutes my lovelies!
Two months of diligent weight training later....excess poundage gone, hello back my pre-prego self!
So... since we're in the post-holiday 'chobby spirit' - let's hit it the way chaps do in preparation of the all mighty Spring:)
