Coming November: YOGA + Guided Meditation
Meditation not only increases self-awareness, concentration and happiness, but reduces stress, slows down aging and taps into your creative and intuitive, nature. It empowers all aspects of your existence.
Starting next month, we'll incorporate guided meditation into one of our Saturday yoga practice. If you'll like it, we'll expand it into every Saturday class. No experience necessary.
Each time we'll focus on different meditation themes:
-health and wellness -abundance and prosperity -loving relationships -anxiety -healing -depression -positive energy, etc.
