1 WEEK OF CUSTOM DESIGNED MEALS BASED ON MACRONUTRIENT (fats, carbs, proteins) DISTRIBUTION
This program is geared toward teaching you HOW and WHAT to eat to loose excess weight while increasing your energy and preserving muscle. Caloric count and individually designed ratio of proteins, fats and carbohydrates are incorporated in your daily meal schedule. Supplements (e.g.: vitamins, minerals, energy elevating vitamins, etc.) are also accounted for based on individual needs.
This program outlines specific meals, at frequent times, 7 days a week ("cheat meal" included): Once the program is purchased, you will receive a follow-up email with a health-lifestyle questionnaire, the answers to which will assist me devise the best nutrition plan for you.
